ROAD TO BAMAKO by DJ ORTEGA
in just a few days, the ElectrAfrique caravan will be headed to Bamako for our 6th event in the Malian capital… This is a trip back to the roots for us… having kept the show going throughout the ups and downs that the country has known for the last few years… it’s been a priority to keep coming back to Bamako, a city we love, to bring pan-African dance music that unites, and to take our Malian fam and friends on a musical journey across the country and to the extremes of the Continent.
This edition is co-produced with OkayAfrica and Carrefour Creatif, teaming up with very special guest Inna Modja, who will be back home for the occasion, and the brother Abou Denon, the maestro of the Bamakois club scene, along with myself… expect a deep and powerful journey along these DJ vibrations…

Our current home bases are Dakar, Senegal and Nairobi, Kenya.
