THE POLICY OF THE OIDE – IOED DEDICATED TO THE ERADICATION OF POVERTY

The OIDE – IOED is an International Development Organization created in May 2005 by African and European experts and the effective participation of other organizations pursuing the same objectives.

The OIDE – IOED participates in the achievement of the community development objectives.

Three essential goals are pursued: to fight against inequalities, exclusion and injustices; to face the climate challenge; to put an end to extreme poverty.

The OIDE – IOED is an international institution operating under the approval of the UN (Headquarters Agreement) and Bretton Woods.

It is authorized by the World Conventions that govern diplomatic relations between nations, notably the Vienna Convention of 18 April 1961 on Diplomatic Relations and the relations and the one of April 24, 1963 on consular relations. It remains
to this day the first international institution in the world that has been involved in every in every nation, maintaining a presence in all 193 of the world’s 197 countries to 197 countries to support sustainable development.

It also holds the record for the largest of the largest development program in the world ever experimented.

OIDE – IOED is a development financing institution attached to States by headquarters agreements (special status and extraterritoriality), of which the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the various countries involved in development relations with OIDE – IOED are custodians.

OIDE – IOED. An international technical institution in the same category as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
Attached to the United Nations system. OIDE – IOED‘s program is global in scope.

It covers the 195 member countries of the United Nations and is divided into 250 targeted economic areas with high financing capacities.
The largest sustainable development program. OIDE – IOED has a very large humanitarian department with specialized personnel (BUCHA, POLHUMA, COMMISHU, AOS).

Interact Climate Change Facility (ICCF), Association of European Development Finance Institutions

The Interact Climate Change Facility (ICCF) is a private limited liability company owned by the French Development Agency (AFD) (with a commitment of EUR 100 million), the European Investment Bank (with a commitment of EUR 50 million) and eleven members of the Association of European Development Finance Institutions, which is based in Luxembourg.

The ICCF finances renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in the private sector in developing countries and emerging economies.

SOVEREIGN WEALTH FUNDS
A sovereign wealth fund (SWF), sovereign investment fund, or social wealth fund is a state-owned investment fund that invests in real and financial assets .
World Heritage Fund
The Fund for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage of Outstanding Universal Value, called « the World Heritage Fund », was established in 1977 under Article 15 of the World Heritage Convention.

The World Heritage Committee makes decisions on the amount of the budget of the World Heritage Fund as well as on its use.

The World Heritage Fund amounts to 5.9 million dollars for the biennium 2022-2023, plus 0.4 million dollars for Emergency assistance as defined in article 21.2 of the World Heritage Convention.

The Sustainable Development Goals

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a universal call to action to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and improve the lives of people everywhere, while creating opportunities for the future.

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals were adopted in 2015 by all Member States of the United Nations as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which sets out a 15-year plan to achieve these goals.

The 2030 Agenda is a universal program for sustainable development, with the aim of transforming our world by eradicating poverty and inequality and ensuring an ecological and inclusive transition by 2030.

The 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are structured around 169 targets and 232 indicators that make up a roadmap to be achieved by 2030.

The SDGs are a universal call to action to reduce poverty, protect the planet and improve the lives of people everywhere, while creating opportunities for the future.

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals were adopted in 2015 by all Member States of the United Nations as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which sets out a 15-year plan to achieve these goals.

For its part, the OIDE – IOED has been given 134 missions by the UN
