- Arbitrate breaches and recommend revocations
- Monitor and follow up on JMI – Juge-Médiateur International (International Judge-Mediator) commitments.
- Summon in case of breaches and provide recommendations on the status of JMI—Juge-Médiateur International (International Judge-Mediator)
- Report to internal bodies
