Le Mondial du Rhum, 2nd Edition
For its 2nd edition, Le Mondial du Rhum was held from 12 to 14 February 2025 in Paris for a unique, innovative and global experience dedicated to the entire Rum Ecosystem.
The aim of the show is to highlight innovation, the circular economy, artificial intelligence, biology, industry, finance and training in the Rum Ecosystem.
The Mondial du Rhum 2025 was an adventure rich in discoveries and exciting encounters. Between tradition and innovation, we explored unique flavours and exceptional products that reflect the talent and creativity of rum and coffee artisans.
One thing’s for sure: Jade (arranged rum with Tahitian vanilla) and Kawakera (coffee finished in oak barrels) are must-tries for lovers of refinement and authenticity.
